Partial Service Event Planning – starting at $1,500

Ideal for medium-sized parties (50–100 guests) when you need help organizing vendors and logistics. This package includes the following.

  • Services beginning 2–3 months prior to event date
  • Full access to the event planning portal
  • Up to 5 planning meetings or calls
  • Assistance with vendor coordination and contract review
  • Decor theme guidance
  • 8 hours of day-of coordination with lead planner and assistant

Celebration Coordination Package – starting at $750

Perfect for small gatherings, milestone birthdays, or showers. This package includes the following:

  • Up to 2 pre-event planning calls or meetings
  • Vendor recommendations (caterers, decorators, entertainment)
  • Day-of coordination (6 hours) with one planner
  • Set-up and clean-up supervision
  • Limited access to event planning checklist portal
  • Timeline creation and event-day management
